How do I pick a card ?

Use the menu on the left to pick a card from the listed categories or use our card selector on the search page. The card selector will let you search our huge database of cards in a quick and convenient manner.

Do I have to be a registered user to send a card ?

You do not have to be a registered user, in order to send a card. However by registering you have access to a range of features such as reminders service and order tracking.

Why should I register ?

By registering on ClickAndPost you gain access to our members area which provides a range of features such as reminders service and order tracking.

What do you do with my personal information?

Our security policy regarding personal information is listed on the security page.
The personal information that you provide, including any names, address and credit card numbers will be used for the sole purpose of processing and completing your order.We will not rent, trade or sell your information to any third party

Are my credit card details secure?

We do not carry out your credit card transaction our system, this is a specialised transaction and requires a high degree of security. Your online credit card payments is handled using the secure payment service provided by Secpay.com, an independent third party card processing company. When you are ready to pay for your order you will be transferred to the Secpay servers. All communication is encrypted and uses https once your card details are accepted the Secpay server sends a confirmation message to our site. Hence we never have access to your credit card details.

What are your postage charges ?

All prices include free UK first class delivery.
The price you see is the price you pay, we will not get to the end of your order and add additional charges such as postage and VAT.
For deliveries out side of the UK there is a small flat rate surcharge of £1.50.

What are the delivery times ?

For orders placed before 4:30pm UK time you can normally expect your cards to arrive the next working day. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive. It is better to place your order the early rather than risk the possibility of your card arrive late!
